How to Return
- Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return
- Click "Return" and select a reason
- Choose pickup or drop-off at a nearby store
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Hand over to our delivery partner
- Refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Methods
- Original payment method: 5–7 business days
- ShopKart wallet: Within 24 hours
- Bank transfer: 7–10 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (grocery, food items)
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Digital downloads and gift cards
- Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page
- Items damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopkart.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
