How to Return

  1. Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return
  2. Click "Return" and select a reason
  3. Choose pickup or drop-off at a nearby store
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  5. Hand over to our delivery partner
  6. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Methods

  • Original payment method: 5–7 business days
  • ShopKart wallet: Within 24 hours
  • Bank transfer: 7–10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (grocery, food items)
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Digital downloads and gift cards
  • Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopkart.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
