How do I create a ShopKart account?
Click "Sign In" at the top of the page and select "Create Account". Enter your name, email, and a password. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on ShopKart?
Yes. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and we are PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Can I order without creating an account?
Currently, an account is required to place an order. Registration is free and takes under a minute.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also visit My Orders in your account to see real-time tracking.
What is the ShopKart return window?
Most products have a 10-day return window from delivery. Fashion items enjoy 30 days. Electronics have 7 days. See our Returns Help page for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds to cards and net banking take 5–7 business days. UPI refunds take 1–3 business days. ShopKart Wallet refunds are instant.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact support immediately or visit My Orders to check if the option is available.
Does ShopKart deliver outside India?
Currently, ShopKart only delivers within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code in the "Apply Coupon" field on the cart or checkout page before completing payment.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged. If damage is found after opening, go to My Orders, select the item, and report the issue within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
