EMI Options
No-Cost EMI is available on select products and card issuers. The interest amount is discounted from the product price, so you pay only the product price split equally across the chosen tenure (3, 6, 9, or 12 months).
Standard EMI is available across all credit cards. Interest charges apply at the bank's standard rate and are not covered by ShopKart.
Payment Failure
If your payment fails, no amount is deducted. In rare cases where an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically reversed within 5–7 business days to your original payment instrument.
If the reversal does not appear within 7 days, please contact your bank or reach us at support@shopkart.com.
