Timelines are estimates from the date of order confirmation. Delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below ₹499 incur a flat ₹49 shipping fee.
  • Same-Day delivery may have an additional ₹99 express fee for orders below ₹999.
  • Heavy or bulky items (above 10 kg) may attract additional handling charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from the My Orders section in your account.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after the order is picked up by the courier.

Missed Delivery

If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will try again on the next business day. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to the seller and your order is cancelled. A full refund is issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, do not accept the delivery. Report the issue immediately via My Orders or email support@shopkart.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund within 48 hours.
