Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped. Go to My Orders, select the order, and click Cancel Order.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return. See the Returns section below.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (instant to ShopKart Wallet if you choose that option).

Return Policy

  • Most items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Electronics and appliances have a 7-day return window.
  • Fashion items (clothing, footwear) have a 30-day return window.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  • Perishables, personalised items, and digital downloads are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to My Orders.
  2. Select the delivered order and click Return / Exchange.
  3. Choose the item(s) to return and select a reason.
  4. Schedule a pickup or drop off at a nearby ShopKart point.
  5. Pack the item securely and hand it to the courier.
  6. Refund or replacement is processed after quality check.

Refund Status

You can track your refund status in My Orders under the returned order. You will also receive SMS and email updates at each stage.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection at our warehouse.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible fashion and footwear items. Select Exchange instead of Return during the return flow and choose your preferred size or colour. The replacement is dispatched after we pick up the original item.
